Excellent service from pillar to post. Walk-in prescription check a week ago and and an optometrist was available. He was very friendly. Excellent assistance (and patience) by store staff when selecting frames. Price not a factor but plenty of affordable AND higher-end stock in-store. Good pricing & discount structure. Glasses were ready on-time. Email notification had an easy-to-follow method to book fitting and I was in luck- the same friendly lady was available for the fitting. Highly recommended.

Walked in to this store today and was blown away by the customer service! From the welcome that I received from Jo to my consultation....A1 service. I would rate 6 stars if I could. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Optometrists are good however, the quality of the sunglasses and the after service is poor. If you are looking to use your health fund to get some prescription sunnies, Probably look at an alternative. Requested on 3 seperate occasions for my results of my eye test to be sent to my GP and the standard response was that they only contact a GP if they identify issues.

Very nice experience at the store. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. 2 pairs have the same price as 1 pair, it would be perfect if 1 pair can get a better price and discounts than 25%. Thank you.

The staff here is friendly, efficient and professional. Detailed eye test and affordable non-nonsense glasses. Very happy.
