I bought two pairs of glasses at the Pitt Street store and was having a little issue with the frames loosening slightly. I was in Chatswood and dropped in for some advice. I was attended to by Brianna who was so kind and helpful, even though I didn't buy from their store she fixed everything up and gave me a business card and said I could come back for adjustments anytime. Amazing service and she made me glad to be part of the OW family. Hold on to that one, she's a good egg.

Daphnie is a gem! She had such amazing customer service skills! Very friendly, patient and accommodating to our needs! Would recommend her at the Chatswood interchange store!

Fantastic service by the team here at Chatswood. I was served by Bree (or is it Brie?) and I felt like I was glasses shopping with a friend, she had honest feedback and made the daunting task of buying new glasses fun and Im excited to soon have my new rad glasses which are top notch quality. Thanks Brie!

FIVE STAR to receptionist and sales staff except optometrist. Optometrist isn’t that great, I felt this was the worst decision that I ever made to have my glasses done here. WOULD NOT recommend to have eye test done in here, better have it somewhere else and have the script with you then make the glasses here. My new glasses ARE BOTH blurrier than the one I got. During the eye test, not sure was the optometrist in a bad mood or what. Basically didn’t want to answer me and was being very pushy to ask me to purchase two different type of glassses for reading and far distance. Of course I insist to have only one prescription for my glasses. I asked my friends who is ophthalmologist and he told me this was only for older people not in my age.
