Dr Downie is brilliant! Professional and caring at the same time. I found all the staff to be warm and friendly which is what you need when your feeling uncertain about your vision. The waiting room is spacious and socially distanced and my appointments were always running on time. Thank you Again for everything you have done for me but I hope I don’t have to visit you again anytime soon

Booked with Li-anne Lim. Appointment was on 9.30, arrived around 20 past 9, waited until 20 past 10. I understand there will be emergency or other stuff for GP. I don't get why specialist needs such a long wait even with appointment. I'm not saying that i can't wait, but if there is no patient walking out and I met the doctor 2 mins after I checked with reception how much longer i need to wait. So can Dr Lim tell me, am I waiting for 1 hour for you to finish your breakfast? So I came for an eye check right? She did check the eyes, and I received my result: refered me to another eye speicalist. HA HA HA EXCUSE ME?????????!!!!!!!!!!! I paid $260 for this consultation, can Dr Lim tell me what is included in the fee? Oh I guess it must be $100 to say sorry that I disturbed your breakfast, and another $160 for you to refer me to another eye specialist. GOOD JOB! I must say.

I have been seeing Dr Giblin for 14yrs for an optical melanoma, I can't fault the service I have recieved from both him,the assistants and the receptionists. He saved my life.

I, Yunxin Li, have been looked after by Dr Li-Anne Lim for eye cancer. She has always shown a very high-level of professional standard. She pays attention to details and in many cases verifies her findings with another specialist in the same clinic to avoid misdiagnosis. She always gives me enough time to answer my questions. I have seen other doctors for a second opinion, who have only confirmed her original recommendations.

The reception lady is not very friendly, Dr Giblin is good.

All these bad reviews made us really worried about going to this doctor, but he was wonderful! Super friendly, very professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. We couldn't fault him or his staff. They were fantastic!

Do not go to this place. Dr Michael Giblin was horrible and I left distressed and bullied. I've made an official complaint to the HCCC about my treatment. All these bad reviews from other people should reinforce the same opinion.

Dr Lim was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job successfully operating on my husbands eye. Great customer service from all staff
