We went to see Dr Daniel Ng for a couple questions about our baby, but after he answered the first question, he opened his door and asking us to leave, and he said: "you can come back 2 days later for other questions".... Are you serious?? My 5 months old baby has potential health issue right now and he only care about his time there was only 1 patient waiting outside, I said I don't mind to pay you extra, but the purpose we are here today is to get professional doctor advice, he said "I have spent enough time for your question today already" and insist to asking us to leave. This is definitely not right and I think we should let everyone be aware. We are also seeking professional advice that if it's legal that he can do this to his patients.
My family has been seeing Dr Ng for years even though we need to drive 30 minutes there. He's very nice , helpful and symphatic. He's the best. I have recommended him to many friends.
Dr Daniel is a very good family doctor. His patient first approach and use of simple analogies to explain difficult medical complications makes patients feel at ease.
Have been going to.see Daniel for years.Great doctor for my family.
