I have been visiting the centre for almost a year now on a regular basis. Always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Never had an issue. Sometimes, have to wait for sometime even when you have made an appointment, but the experience from the doctors covers it. No complaints, happy customer!

Always caring and thoughtful service from the doctors.The receptionist (or nurse?) is very efficient and friendly here, helped me sort out the medicare issue last time . Really appreciated that.

Poor service. After waiting 15 - 20 mins past my allocated appointment time, I was told by Reception that the doctor hadn't yet arrived for work. He was meant to arrive 15 mins earlier than my allocated appointment and had not informed Reception that he was running late, or not coming to work. I was able to squeeze in and see another doctor but when I was raising my medical issues with her I was told that there were patients waiting to see her. I was made to feel as if I had to finish then and there because of her other patients. Doctors, like other service providers, should treat their patients as customers with care and respect.

They have been an amazing center medical clinic.They have looked after my whole family for 3 years now reception is fast and friendly and always helpful.Sharon and Zoie are very professional. They are our family doctors.doc lee Quinn and Arthur are always professional and helpful.

Can be booked online easily through the health engine app but you’ll still have to wait in reception for at least another 20-30 minutes past your allocated appointment time even if you’ve booked ahead based on my last 2 experiences.
