im working today at Chatswood cannot go to my own GP but feeling so sickcalled to check if theres availability time for todaythe reception chinese lady was so rudesaid you must come in to wait if you want to make appointment you may make for next weekeverything this week you only can come and wait here. I explained im working today trying to make booking and leave work for short time to get some medicine. Lady said well its up to you then. You must comein cannot make you booking. You should be more polite and more patience with patients and listen to peoples situation rather than saying with a bad attitude "well then up to you".Very bad experience!
Not as scary as it sounds. The receptionist was nice and explained in detail when I don’t know about anything. She made me feel relaxed and safe because we were from the same city :
Great place for your usual GP visits. A lot of doctors to choose from and most of them are awesome. My whole family goes there and would recommend this place to anyone.
The most unhelpful receptionist I have ever met named Sharon is freaking me out! Not helping answering question, only ordering that I have to buy my own mask outside and come back… knowing this is a medical centre… no wonder tons of bad reviews here

Healthpac is the only place willing to help my sick daughter via telephone consultation when me and my husband were both tested Covid positive. I cannot thank them enough to truly take care of patients seeking assistance.
Slow and rude receptionists. No one answers calls. Online booking system does not have enough slots. Difficult to book a time.
My 2 year old daughter got a deep head puncture and we came into the clinic as new patient. We were seen immediately- the receptionist was able to triage immediately and prioritize us. We saw the lovely nurse who helped clean us and get the glue and equipment ready very quickly without any panic. Dr. Kim came in shortly afterwards and was also so cool, calm and collected my daughter was covered in blood on her face and great with my daughter. They were able to treat her, give us assuring medical advise and a print out of the Royal Children's concussion guidelines. Thank you so much to your lovely staff, swift management in triage, and professional care to all involved. We were in and out so fast- it was incredible. I highly recommend this clinic.
Pleasant reception staff even though often overloaded. The doctors available are as good as any GPs plus they do have a clinic for minor procedures. Having a compounding chemist next door is another bonus if you're prescribed something unusual.
The receptionist is extremely bad. Rude attitude and seems like you did something wrong even you are being very polite to them! Dr Allen Chow is very nice and professional but will NEVER come back again because of these worse receptionist
