Dr Peter Lam is a very busy, but brilliant surgeon.  I believe he is one  of the few in Australia who does keyhole surgery on feet.  He was recommended to me by a friend who had her bunions repaired and now hikes great distances.  He removed an arthritic spur I had growing on my big toe joint which has healed up quickly and beautifully. I couldn't recommend a better surgeon for feet issues.

Dr Lam and his receptionist at Sydney Olympic Park show a complete lack of respect for other's time. No notification prior to arriving that he was running up to 2-hrs behind in his appointments, failure to advice on arrival, simply no communication at any stage. No apology. A clear example of no consideration of other people's time or plans.

*Had to give select a star in order to post this review!!!
Zero Stars would be a truer reflection.
