First impressions were great with a very friendly receptionist. Our appointment with Doctor Cavanagh went splendidly, he is great... got quite the sense of humor too. Nurse was very caring in administering shots too. You're in safe hands. :)

I first went to a local doctor who did not bulk bill and basically talk me that there was nothing wrong and I was out of there is 5 minutes. My son referred me to Dr Patel. I found him to have a genuine interest in my problem and he when through a number of tests and kept me inform the whole time. I would recommend Dr Patel for his level of service and ability to communicate with me.

I love this place. Aside from the fact that they keep you waiting for at least 45 mins, irrespective of what time your appointment was Lol (I'm used to it now so I just take the afternoon off and deal with it).

I really like seeing Dr Phan. She is brutally honest and really thorough which I appreciate. It's also bulk billing which is fantastic.

Made an appointment in advance, waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get to see a doctor. 

When I asked the receptionist how much longer would I need to wait (30 minutes after my appointment time), the receptionist offered to 'cancel my appointment if I can't wait'.

I once had an unfortunate experience here. An older female doctor was incredibly rude and unpleasant to deal with. It left me quite upset and all of her behaviour and rude language was totally unnecessary.
I had previously seen a great male gp here though.
Seems very luck of the draw.
Based on my previous experience though, I will never return.
