Its been a while I don't visit this medical practice as thanks God I did not get sick. This time I found out that appointment required. This is good so I don't have to wait to long. This time it requires me to visit three times. All good, consultations run as per schedule. I feel Dr Lee is very nice, care of her patients, follow up and ask me to come back at the end of my medication to ensure that I recovered.
If I could pick "no star" I would have picked it. Rude, no time management. Please avoid! Even you make a booking, they won’t be able to honour it. Last Wednesday, I made a booking and when I showed up, they told me got 1 hour delay. Each time they do this. Ask me to come back later.
** Absolute horrible service ** Avoid at all cost...!!! This is the 5th time I made a booking, and they can't keep it or let you wait for hours. What is the point of a booking, if they can't, keep the time. Reception can be blunt, or outright rude. There are so many other options available, please consider picking another medical practice and save yourself from this frustration. Lots and lots of other practices to pick from.
Dr Lee is very professional, caring and always takes time to listen to your concern. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking GP services.
Dr Lee is the best and caring GP ever and she's been our family doctor for over 15 years. Definitely recommend Dr Lee and the practice.
Made an appointment yesterdayI even have the number in my contact list! But today when I came in, the reception lady keep saying they don’t have the appointment, and keep asking me to buy mask outside! Very rude and unhelpful center, not mentioning there mismanagement!
The RECEPTIONIST SOPHIE ruined my mood a few times in the past visits! the thin one with dry long hair My partner refused to visit this clinic because of Sophie rude “greeting”. Why am I still here? Just because of Dr. Loui ! Without Dr. Loui, this receptionist will definitely lose her job. No professional manner, even presentation at all. Never listen, always rude but often got told off at the end because she dose things wrong just because she doesn’t listen to patients’ requests, that simple!
I have been to this clinic twice. I am very satisfied with the experience. Firstly, the receptionists are very nice. I work in other clinic as well. I know how busy the receptionist can be. Sometimes we also need some patience and understanding to them as well. Their tone of voice might not sound very friendly, but I can feel they are willing to help. Regarding the GPs, all three of them are patience and friendly. Every time I consulted with them are just like talking to my friends. Comfortable and professional at the same time. I will definitely come back next time if needed.
We've been a patient of Dr Ng for many years, unfortunately this is all the good things I can say about this medical centre.
When the doctor calls me to discuss my results over the phone, the doctor does not appreciate that I am not a medical professional and that I am simply trying to understand my medical results. He loses his patience and becomes rude. He does not show sympathy towards the patient. I do not like this medical center because I do not feel my concerns are adequately addressed. The doctor there sometimes catastrophizes, suggesting that my medical problem is more serious than it is. This gives me, the patient, more stress and worry until I get a second opinion to check or confirm my medical situation. This affected my concentration at work!
