Quite surprised with the negative reviews! Returned to see Dr Wong for a check-up and he has been very thorough in addressing my symptoms each time. I now have stents in my heart and leg which are prolonging my life due to Dr Wong's professional attention!
I saw "Dr" Wong. Don't want to call him a doctor because he was appalling. I was having issues with a high heart rate, told him I was taking medication for depression and that was my mistake. He kept asking me how my depression was and made me feel like I was making up my symptoms and there was nothing wrong. Was the most disrespectful person I have ever come in contact with. Ended up just walking out. If you go here, I urge you not to see doctor wong. Turned out the medication was causing me issues as I found out after seeing another doctor.
Receptionist is very nice lady at least but I’ve seen a Doctor last week older Asian cardiologyst i forgot his name. He was bashing me about smoking cigarettes,fair if you tell me that,coming from a doctor but he kept really yelling and pushing the subject,like I’m a criminal. Then he try to do the test on the treadmill,but he never told me the expectations of how long I have to do it,he and his assistant just said “do it till you can’t any more” so I did 5 min and said I’m tired. Then he was rudely going “you didn’t do the test correct” kept shaking his head. Just rude and silly for a “professional” full stop.
Had an amazing appointment with Dr Martin Brown today. Great communication, incredibly thorough. Could not recommend him or the team at Sydney Cardiology Chatswood more highly
Reception seemed lovely but Dr Wong was anything but. Trivialised my anxiety about the visit. Agree with other reviewer that it felt like I was wasting his time. Will request a different referral from my gp, refuse to go back.
Thanks Dr Petrellis, It's great being in such good hands. No issues coming here at all.
Hang on from me so reception did not have to answer the phone. .
