Just had a number of procedures completed here and found the staff to be really friendly and Dr Li to be very professional. I was concerned when I saw some negative reviews, but have to say they are completely unfair compared to my experience.

HI Sam , he is well known in the mandarin and cantonese community VERY FEW people have anything nice to say about him ? he aint very experienced and has a bitter attitude towards problems cant solve just runs his mouth . If that was done to me mate i would find out where the wife is walk up and tell her hopefully when she has people next to her ! I would find out what school his kids go to and fax what you have said to the school as well as all the local medical centers nearby !! that way your word will travel further . Always was disliked .

WARNING TO OTHER PATIENTS ! SCUM DOCTOR MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED ON THE 27/07/17 DOCTORS EXCUSE WAS MY FIRST CONSULTATION WASNT PAID ! CLEARLY THE SECRETARY WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE PAID FOR BOTH CONSULTS ON THE DAY ! PREVIOUS TO THAT SECRETARY WAS GIVEN THE CHANCE OF TAKING $500 WITH CREDIT CARD AND SHE WOULD NOT TAKE IT AS THE ACTUAL SECOND VISIT WASNT MADE . NO RIGHT TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL , LEFT MESAGE FOR DOCTOR DIDNT CALL AS WELL ! NOW MY TURN !!! I WILL CONTACT MEDICAL BOARD AND HEALTH COMMISSION THIS WEEK ! I WILL ENDEAVOUR EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TAKE THIS DOCTOR TO COURT !!!! THE MEDICATION SUBSCRIBED BY MICHAEL LI HAS LEFT ME WITH A SERIOUS INFECTION AND PAIN . HOPEFULLY A COURT CAN RESOLVE THE MATTER .

Dr Li has been nothing but polite and very thorough with my treatment and investigations of skin cancers. had a few removed and his surgical skills are precise and neat. i don't know what the previous review was on about....must have been having a bad day. Not many quality operators around like Dr Li. Highly recommend his services.
