Walked through no one offered assistance, sat my son down to wait. 2 different workers that weren't doing anything didn't even offer assistance. I left absolutely disgusted. Our TOOWOOMBA store is 10/10 for service everytime. May be you could learn a thing or two. Explains why all the other shoe stores where busy and this store wasn't.

My partner and I had the best experience at Platypus Shoes. Chloe welcomed us in the store and made us feel welcomed. We originally only came for a pair of shoes but ended up purchasing 3 pairs. Chloe was amazing and had the best customer service. Definitely will be coming back!!
I took my daughter in here to buy a pair of Converse high tops. The young man was helping us and another customer at the same time. He still made us feel like valued customers. He had great customer service and was very friendly. The name on the invoice said Robert. He is an asset to your business
Wow!!! What can I say? The service here was just amazing, and I am so impressed! I came in yesterday afternoon to the Maroochydore store as my daughter wanted to try on some Doc's...but of course my daughter wanted a particular style/pattern that wasn't in store. Emily then found a pair, the last pair in Australia, and organised to have them shipped to me. 10 minutes after paying for them, I had received an email confirmation that they were ready for dispatch, then they were at Melbourne airport, and they were delivered to my place this morning. About 18 hours after I paid for them!!! I am so stoked, that is just fantastic customer service, you guys should be very proud, and kudos to Emily at the Maroochydore store.
Served by Zac absolute best customer service I have ever had very polite originally came to get 1 pair of shoes and ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes socks and shoe cleaner absolutely great chat very inviting the best customer service I have ever had extremely happy and they had the right sizes highly recommended going to sunshine plaza platypus shoes
