After leaving another very well known brand store in tears because of the way staff responded am in wheelchair we tried this store and couldn't have been treated better by the lovely Belinda. She immediately knew what type of shoes would work best for me and quickly had me sorted. My husband ended up buying himself a pair of shoes, due to Belinda's helpful manner. Thank you!
I had a pair of Merrills that I bought in Melbourne. The stiching had broken, disappointing that they didn't last 12 months they are only 8 months old so I took them to the Merrill store in the Sunshine piazza, only to be told ,that it's not there problem and to take it up with the store I bought them form in Melbourne. Again disappointing that a Merrill store wouldn't handle the repair of a band that thay sell on behalf of the "Merrill" label. You would think Merrill would refund the postage &handling cost to any store as part of there guarantee of their products , poor show Merrill
A good test of customer service is when you have an issue with the product you purchased. Between Lil at the Sunshine Plaza store and the guys down at DFO in Brisbane I can't fault the service I received. I have bought Merrell shoes for many years knowing that they are a great product. I was surprised when the latest pair developed a fault but the response from the staff at these two locations was nothing less than exceptional. I had lost my cash receipt but Lil was able to track the purchase and the shoes were exchanged with absolutely no fuss. Good product and great staff. Well done Merrell!
What great service! Went specifically to buy a certain model, but got such great advice and service went with a different product which will better serve me. Can't wait to try them out. Thanks Belinda.
