Great shop with stock in-store that my daughter loved the look of. Very friendly staff that focuses on both the needs of my daughter but also me as the mother purchasing the shoes. Great service to coat the new shoes with protective  cleaning spray. Always an exciting first to shop with my eldest daughter on first time buys. This was fun moment to see her joy in finding an item she loved and was super compfy and fitted her ever growing feet. Thanks again.

As per all the other one star reviews this store should close down. I was wanting to purchase a pair of air max and was snobed off by staff member with the name of Lily. Poor customer service no care to do her job. She was very rude and unskilled. I was told I could not use my membership card anymore, which is not true as I contacted head office and they confirmed I can. She made me leave the store without a purchase because I couldn't bring myself to do it. Rather give the business somewhere else. I'm disgusted young staff are not properly trained and monitored. I also contacted head office to let them know you are hiring stapff with no customer service skills. There are plenty of other stores screaming for business.

Actually disgusting service. Went in to buy a pair of shoes already knew what I wanted so I went straight in and asked for a pair in my size the cashier then condescendingly told me the price and asked of i was sure I was ok with the "price jump" insinuating I couldn't afford the shoes, then the other cashier whos covered in tattoos comes and stares me down and try's to defend her co-worker  saying most people aren't happy with the price at no point did I even ask the price or  for their opinion I knew how much the shoes were and that I wanted them. Bit rich coming from someone who literally works at foot locker to assume people can't afford things, worry about yourselves girls

Dropped in here last tuesday after looking at what was on special online, as on a budget. Greeted with an unenthusiastic helo by staff on floor, who then wondered off and kept on doing job on pdt. Minute later got, 'Is there anything you need help with?'. Explained what sport I was doing and what was budget aim. Staff memeber pointed and very briefly showed me on sale, then walked off. No further attempt in assistance, so walked out and spent money at Rebel, who had way more interest and better service.

Absolutely blown away how prompt my shoes arrived from Footlocker. Ordered them in store on Sunday at Sunshine Plaza as the size I needed wasn't available. The shoes were delivered today, very impressive 2 days delivery and in the Xmas period. Well done Footlocker, I’ll definitely recommend and use you again.

I wouldn’t never take my iMac near this place ! There technician at mac one was the worst ! She wiped our 900gb hard drive with 2 businesses worth of data , broke the lcd , replaced the power supply that died in 2 months after the repair .. the mac runs super slow since they had it in for repair .. $3500 basically a paperweight now

The customer service I received today was absolutely amazing, both girls Penny and Krystel were so helpful and understood my style, even though they were out of stock they did their best to find me something that ended up being even better! Footlocker should be so proud to have them on their team and I will definitely be going back and recommending this store in the future! Thanks girls x

My daughter went there to buy airmax 90s and the First Lady she asked to try the other shoe on was very unfriendly didn’t even smile once and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable she didn’t even go get her the second shoe to try on she just stood there but the second lady she asked was very nice and helpful. The First Lady made my daughter feel very unwelcome, probably wouldn’t go there again

This morning I visited the Maroochydore Store for the very 1st & last time. I was enquiring about Asics Gel-Nimbus 22 & if they had them in their store. The male whom I approached advised there weren't any in stock. I asked if he could look up on the system if any others stores would have them. He advised the closest would be Bne & due to COVID he couldn't look it up on his system. Due to the disappointing lack of customer service I will never set foot inside another Foot Locker store again. From there, I visited  another footwear store in Maroochydore & the man who served me couldnt've been more helpful. However, they didn't have my size but he was more than happy to look up on their system for me & they were busier than Foot Locker. Maybe some extra staff training is needed specialising in customer service & STOP blaming COVID. Word & mouth is a powerful tool. Asics received $480 today as I purchased 2prs of runners online instead of keeping my money local.

No service aside from asking if we needed help. After asking what the Australian size equivalent of the American sizing was and being told she didn't know,  we were left alone. Two staff members on and we were the only customers in the store! We had two kids needing shoes so we went to Myers and bought Nike's from them! Great service at Myers!
