Disgusting management. Despicable customer service.
Most unprofessional employee I’ve ever come across. My sister and I were looking at hair products and my sister mistakingly sprayed some non-tester dry shampoo. Instead of being told professionally that we had to purchase the product since it was now used, one of the workers seemed to be the manager stormed up to us yelling and belittling us. Afterwards when we went to pay for it, she yelled again that we’re not allowed a refund and kept going. It was unsettling and caused a massive unnecessary scene. I never write reviews but that person shouldn’t work in customer service if they’re going to verbally attack their customers over something that minor.
The place is a 'comfy' sized location at the sunshine plaza. I went in there with my partner during a sale they were currently running. The place did not look tidy or well looked after at the time of viewing which I've seen previously passing by is not always the case, just on this occasion. The staff were friendly and no complaints about how anyone was treated or the professionalism and appearance shown by the staff.
Fantastic service. Thin Lizzie rep Erin was available. Great sale and lots of but wait there is more when you see her and buy the products.
So clever when staff used the computer to track stock. Clueless with no idea a true model of consistency.
