I got “taken care of” by a girl named Maddison, her customer service was awful, as a proud gay man I felt very discriminated against, and could not get out of there sooner. Her tone and body language was very aggressive and I honestly did not feel safe. The rest of the staff were incredible but I will not be shopping here again due to the risk of running into Maddison again. Honestly the most homophobic encounter I’ve experienced.

Went there to get a pink grapefruit bubble bath soap and out of my habit I always bring up the used containers for recycle. And today, I met Gee! The turmeric babe. She is a doll! Super friendly and I think I just found my favorite body shop gal after going to the store for nearly 15years. Gee is awesome!

The shop space is definitely much smaller since they moved from near Kmart. Seem to carry less stock & variety compared to what they once had. Still have some nice creams, soaps etc, but maybe competitors such as Lush are poaching customers. Was very disappointed in lack of gift sets.

Was buying a Christmas present and the staff was extremely helpful and lovely. Very easy to talk to and suggestions on product of different kinds were easily made. This place has great products too and is an overall good store.

My friend and I went together, the server who was assisting my friend with her purchase was so warm and welcoming but the the lady who was serving me was the opposite. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Great service today at the Sunshine Plaza store, I needed to be certain I was buying a vegan secret Santa gift and Miriam was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and made me the perfect gift
