Amazing service . Had an appointment booked in at SK downstairs which my little girl waited over a week for her birthday. Only to be denied even though we bought her birth certificate and photo ID , it still wasn’t enough to prove we were parents . So we went straight upstairs to cosmetics and got in straight away , no tears , no issues and our two year old was so happy with her earrings and even got a little bravery award. I have had all my ears and nose done here from the age of 16 and never had any issues . Highly recommended for service and professionalism. Will be bringing our other girl back in a week . Thanks guys

I called to ask about a piercing, if they offer the ball ring initially in the forward helix, As I’ve had it done previously with a ring and loved it never had an issue. I was responded to so rudely saying how ridiculous it would have looked and that it’s not an option. And abruptly hung up on… wow. Renee needs to up her communication skills

Amazing service, I needed piercings out for an emergency procedure. The ladies were fabulous, short notice and helped immediately.

I absolutely love the staff at thus place. They are polite, courteous and flexible. I have been here for all my body piercings, and new jewellery. A massive shout out to the staff on shift on the 25/08 - I got my septum pierced and they were amazing! I will definitely be back. These girls do not get paid enough for the work they do!

One particular lady who works there has a bad attitude. Called up to get my daughters ears pierced and was not impressed with her customer service at all. Maybe time for a new job ? Skin kandy is the place to go for a professional piercing.

Most horrible experience, blonde girl that does the piercings did horrible. my friend and I went in together and she got her belly button pierced, the lady pierced it put the jewellery through and snapped in while inside her belly, she had to do the whole process over again after she just put her through the pain of getting it once, she claimed this hasn’t happened in 2 years yet then she did the same thing when she peirced my nose, horrible. She put the blame on us by saying she was rushing so we wouldn’t feel the pain. Bull

Got my nipple done there by a trainee which I wasn’t told about or asked permission and it was so badly done, pierced off centre and the most painful experience because she pierced it wrong initially, I had an internal cyst inside my nipple which had to be drained aswell as the piercing removed. Definitely would not recommend.

Ive had my industrial, septum and daith pierced here. My septum was done really well considering I was having it repierced next to my old open hole, however my industrial and daith were both done extremely shallow. They were done so shallow that you could literally see the print from the jewelry under my skin. The staff were really nice about the industrial when I brought it up and offered to book me in for it to be repierced another time. However unfortunately before I got around to it, it got ripped out and Im going to see if I can have it refunded. Im very concerned for my daith as it could be ripped out with a small tug, but Im taking it in asap. Side note, staff are lovely and helpful and theres a really good selection of jewelry for healed piercings but probably not a great place to go to have piercings done

i've had 3 piercings done here and they have all been clean and never got infected. there variety of makeup and accessories was great and i love to shop there. Naomi is an amazing lovely piercer and she gets on with the piercing quickly. i love it there.

Staff were friendly and kind, and made sure I was comfortable. I got a helix piercing- the process was very professional and sanitary.
