Kelly was so helpful from the moment she greeted me at the door. Her technical acumen and creative flair helped me come up with a cost effective solution to covering my grey roots in under 3 minutes! I’ll be certain to visit Kelly and her team for all hair care needs in the future. I received great service last week , as a retired hairdresser I am a bit out of the loop with colours but the lady that served me was fantastic and the colour was perfect !
Absolutely disgusted in the service provided by GlamaCo Kawana, went in on Saturday and purchased something, and by the time I got to the car I realised I had purchased the wrong thing, went straight back in to get it refunded only to be told there was no manager on duty, and only managers can authorise refunds. I thought that was pretty poor, but just thought id come back during the week, not too bigger deal. Went back the following Monday, and same thing. Seriously, is this how you run a business??? There were 3 staff in store and not one could provide a basic service like providing a refund. So, now I have to in again on Wednesday and hope that there will be a monger there. Last time I will be shipping at GlamaCo! Honestly if you can provide basic services on a daily basis you should be in business.
Customer service was amazing, I came in pretty much asking for a new hair care regime and Jackie and all the girls were so helpful and lovely and knew exactly what my hair needs. Thanks girls your amazing!!!!! Nicest service I’ve ever experienced!!

Just visited GlamaCo Kawana and had the best shopping experience!! New employee Claire was so lovely and definitely knows what she’s talking about, very knowledgeable. I was greeted with huge smiles and given really useful advice. So happy

I came in with not much knowledge of what i wanted for my hair and jax assessed my hair and recommended a lovely shampoo, conditioner and purple shampoo. Thankyou i’m excited to try out !
