Had my septum pierced by Eva a few weeks ago, she did an amazing job. She’s a lovely person and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. Eva also pierced my ears about a year ago - both piercings have healed very well. I highly recommend Eva to anyone looking to get a piercing done.

Went there for nose piercing. Eva was wonderful, so professional, with such a warmness to her. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back and ask for Eva again. A wonderful piercer with so much talent.

One of the best hairdressing experiences ever! I had no idea my hair could look so good. Matthew was brilliant, did a colour that looked so beautifully natural it made me look 20 years younger and a lovely cut too, fixing the uneven cut another hairdresser had done. Left feeling a million dollars, highly recommend. He has great taste in music too!

We saw Eva today to have my daughters ears pierced. The service we received was just so wonderful. Eva was great with our daughter, so caring, kind and knowledgeable. We would absolutely recommend anyone who’s after a piercing to go and see Eva. The rest of the staff we spoke to throughout the process were just as wonderful too. Thank you so much.

I got a septum piercing done today by Eva, and it was so good! She made it quick and painless and overall did an awesome job. I'll definitely be coming back for more piercings:

Been here a few times for myself and my children. Eva has not only done an amazing job with the piercings but her after care for her clients is outstanding. Definitely coming back again soon!

I just took my 12 year old son for a haircut. He has long, wavy/curly blond hair. He was very clear about the length he wanted. Did he get that length. No! Why? Because they couldn’t get it even vaguely straight. Perhaps this is because they used CLIPPERS! Yes, CLIPPERS! To do what is essentially a ladies blunt style cut. WTaF! They then went to charge me $58. For a kids straight hair cut using clippers.  When I argued they “kindly” reduced it to $50. And yes, for the record I tried to query the method with the manager who said it was just a different technique and behaved as if uneven, too short, longer on one side than the other hair cuts was standard practice!  I am appalled. The messiest, worst haircut I have ever seen. Oh yes, and it’s longer at the front than the back. I was going to go back and ask them to fix it but my son begged me not to! “I don’t want them to make it even worse and razor more off!”Avoid this butcher like the plague.  An update following the reply from the salon - no unacceptably defamatory language was used either in store or in this post. It is perfectly legitimate for a customer to state that they are dissatisfied with a product or service. The issue that you have not addressed either here or at the time is that the haircut was a not straight and b was far shorter than requested. I concur that this “technique” clearly requires experience - therefore, instead of blaming customers for the outcome which I note you have done to all negative reviews you have replied to, I suggest you invest your time and energy into training your staff to cut hair adequately and into genuinely trying to find an amicable solution when errors are made. Nevertheless since you have argued that a quality haircut was provided, I shall also review this on Product Reviews where I can submit photos so that other customers can view these and decide for themselves if my review is fair and this is an outcome they would desire!Services:&nbsp;Hair extensions

Its been a long time since I have been able to look in the mirror and smile. For eight months now, I have been wearing my hair up in a bun due to a very bad hair cut that left me terribly upset. Happiness!!! Thank you Matt. You are amazing. Love it and I feel great! I will be back soon Kathryn

Absolutely amazing staff and excellent service . Eva is the best piercer , she takes time to make sure that it will look the best and always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Her personality is amazing and makes the experience wonderful. Angela is the best hairdresser I’ve ever been too. I always leave the salon looking amazing . When I first went to Angela I had years of boxed dye in my hair and she some how manged to get me to a blonde level that I was happy with while also keeping my hair undamaged as possible . She didn’t judge me for having boxed died hair which I’ve exspirienced before at other salons . She always makes me feel comfortable and always is up for a lovely chat. 11/10 would recommendService:&nbsp;Hair coloring

My daughters hair was cut with no wash, no blow dry or styling . The price wasn't discussed before hand and it was very expensive for a simple cut. My Mil paid $165 for a cut, n blow-dry.  She has short, fine hair. No price discussed prior n no senior's discount offered. She paid high end salon prices for a shopping center experience.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
