Amazing service! I was on holiday and was looking for a relaxing facial and I’m glad I found Shine Beauty,Caloundra. From start to finish my experience was relaxing and so therapeutic. Michelle was very knowledgeable and thorough. Also, very well priced for a facial.

I had my appointment at 2pm today, this woman with a heavy accent took me in & greeted me by my name. I have been here before, never had a problem as I always book & pay online, mentioning I'm on blood thinners  all my years of being waxed, I've never bleed. Until to day, she just said my skin is dried then put baby powder on. I bleed, as she took a full strip off in my delicate area. I bled, then she sprayed it, which made it sting. I mentioned again I'm on blood thinners, she just yes! I've never in all my time experienced brutality, neglect!I'm not a happy customer after this experience,  even after the waxing  I still bleed for another hour afterwards, going to the toilet was painful.Service:&nbsp;Brazilian waxing

I had the Winter Facial Package today with beauty therapist Amy, it was flawless. The facial was so relaxing and hydrating. I really enjoyed the back massage as Amy worked on my tight spots with good pressure. Amy has a wealth of knowledge about skin products but at the same time isn't forceful when promoting products. For someone that never writes reviews had to sign in under my son's account to leave a review I want to say that on Saturday I had THE BEST massage of my life at Caloundra Shine! I had Toni and she was AMAZING!!! I have had massages in different parts of the world, who would have thought I would get the best massage of my life right here in my home town! I went in to the therapy room feeling tired, stressed and with the worst headache - came out a new woman, energised and so very relaxed with no headache in sight! Thank you Toni you are wonderful, best of all you listened to me and checked in with me and the atmosphere you created was so relaxing. You are a magician! I have told everyone that I know how fabulous it was - I hope I can still get in for an appointment! I am sending my husband to you and I am going to be a regular back here to see you. Fantastic experience! 5 stars!. I took my 13 year old daughter to this clinic today to get her legs waxed and eyebrows shaped! She walked away with having a free fascial as well as free products. I recommend this store to anyone wanting a fantastic and friendly service . We have already booked in another appointment and will be booking in future appointments ...thank you to the beautiful owner and staff at the desk. Just a lovely experience all-round!

This will be the last time that I will go to Shine Beauty. It took 2 1/4 hours to do a Luxury Pedicure with Gel polish. By the end of it my backside was aching from the way I was positioned on the massage table. Not to mention the outrageous cost. $143!! Only one staff member in the entire salon had her answering the phone & serving customers. Hence why it took 2 1/4 hours!!  This practice, in my opinion, will always cost the business customers. I have previously been to the Chinese foot salons,  costing a third of the price with gel polish & you get to sit in a comfy massage chair. I will be returning to them I'm afraid. Very disappointed.
