the best, I arrived didnt have time to get anything done before we went on holidays. They fit me and did my brows so amazing the fastest brazilian wax and tan as well! Im going to come here every holiday!

CONS A very quick express, no frills, wax and tan place only - not a spa like treatment business (but this is not necessarily a bad thing). No hot wax (the really thick toffee like stuff i.e. for brazilian area) - BH only use the roll on type wax. Appointments made ahead of time altered internally by BH's computer/staff (by 15-30mins) less than 24 hours prior to appointment and without prior consultation. Preferred wax technicians not an option due to rostering schedules/staff arrangements, not available at time of appointment booking or regular variances in staff (I am sure all staff are well trained). No paper underwear or coverup protection during waxing.(dignity/hygiene issue?) - although this may not be necessary for an effective wax/more to maintain dignity (maybe if you bring your own towel/coverup?). Hurriedly rushed in and out - no time allowance to discretely remove clothing (undress and dress was done in full presence of wax technician). Radio not functioning/intermittently playing. Wax bed not comfortable and treatment room in general not inviting. Ambiguous/poorly worded treatment Disclaimer/consent form. Hairs/areas missed (but because wax is so quick it can be overlooked maybe - get the missed area/s next wax - or do it yourself when you get home?). Disgruntled staff (i.e. (names withheld) who travelled from areas outside of 100kms to Caloundra, advised during appointments that they found the travel unpleasant and unnecessary/working conditions poor and hours long and without sufficient breaks). Co-Owners, daughter Nadia and mother Jo; unprofessional and hostile at any time interaction was with them, either in the salon or via phone (I accept full responsibility here - it is probably just me). I wish the Brazilian Hut/Nadia and Jo all the very best in their business and future endeavours. Take care.
