I went there for back massage and facial What a waste of money. Girl called Ashley has no strength in massage but feels like she was just touching my skin not massage. She was telling me she is doing her best as much as she can. But she was the one got 5stars on their website. I choose her for this reason, can't imagine all other ones. Facial treatment is waste of money too,washes your face and put mask on, which I can do myself at home. Anyway, time to find a new massage and facial place for me.
Husband booked me in for 30 minute facial, 30 minute foot massage and a remedial massage. One massage therapist was sick so when we got there the lady told my husband he’d actually booked a “relaxation” massage and pedicure with the facial. My husband disagreed saying, no that’s not right, to which she admitted one of their staff was sick. I found this dishonest. I really needed remedial but they convinced me to go with the relaxation and I did not want to cause an issue. I was annoyed they had not communicated to my husband they had someone call in sick and then try and readjust times, but instead changed my booking of what my husband knew I needed as part of his wedding anniversary gift to me. I asked my husband why he booked a pedicure and he said he’d booked a foot massage, not pedicure and that he was confused. The pedicure they did then asked me to flip over straight after for a massage, I mentioned I’d just had my toes done which was literally a trim nails, wipe off old polish and apply the color. They said “it should be right” with me knowing - no that’s not right. Afterwards they apologised knowing what they had done and saying THEY had to do it this way. No regard for the paying customers needs. I openly said I would never come back for a pedicure and the comment was made “oh you want the whole works”. Seriously? Perhaps listen to your customers and what they need/want. A lot of customers visit stressed and in pain like me and it’s part of your business to make them feel better and relaxed to return to their crazy life. Facial too was like a face wash 6 times over. Nothing special. Relaxation massage was ok. I’ve had way better elsewhere and wished I chose the remedial instead of talked into the other bc of their staffing issues. Nothing to rave about here. So many great reviews we were really looking forward to it, but it was a big disappointment.
Massage was relaxing and felt awesome afterwards. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will be back on my next trip for sure Thank you
The staff at A Perfect Blend were very friendly and professional. I went with my daughter and step daughter, and we each had a wonderful massage. They have a great range of services. I would definitely recommend them.
This was the best massage I’ve had in my life! Jess was incredible, and she was so calming and Genuine. I had a positive experience from the moment of booking with Barbra on the phone and front desk- and then a wonderful massage! I left feeling superb physically and emotionally! Thank you ladies!
Just had a firm massage from Trudy. Fantastic. Being an energy healer myself, its hard for me to find a good massage therapist due to the fact i can feel ans sense when they are not really connected to you AND only going through the motions of their training, not adapting THEIR technique and application to YOUR needs. Well i was pleasantly surprised to actually FEEL Trudy and her chi energy focusing on the areas that needed it. Highly recommended. I feel very relaxed and untwisted. Thank you Trudy.
My favorite place for a massage. I have been going here for years now and always get what I ask for in a massage, relaxation, deep tissue when required at my request and always therapeutic. The atmosphere is calming, appropriate and caring. Being a massage therapist in the past I know a good massage when I receive one. I can highly recommend these amazing healing hands to everyone, thank you for making me feel me again.
Thank you for squeezing us in last minute! My therapist was very knowledgeable and really catered the massage to suit my body which I appreciate greatly. Only thing is that the couples massage was in separate rooms, not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Very professional and welcoming experience. Thank you!
