Awful ... noticed sign that said no appointment necessary to be then told hat we could be sorted at 12:30. Had to go to movies so suddenly 2 appointments opened up. Boys cuts were just terrible, uneven, bits missed, so went to movie and then around the corner to a ripper of a place that fixed the cuts. The service was just so pushy ... told the lady that I was all OK but she told me 3-4 times that the barber could do it . Back off will you !! Never again.

The friendly staff are brilliant at what they do. After first visiting 18 months ago for Matilda to weave her magic, I now travel from Brisbane every 8 weeks for my hair to be cut, coloured and styled just the way I like it. Thank you Hot Hair Works Team.

I wanted to get baby lights. I had an appointment with Bruce. What he did on my hair looked like white zebra. Lines where thick didnt look like baby lights at all! I went to another hairdresser and she asked me if id did by myself! She could believe it was a hairdresser! It was done completely unprofessionally! The girl that washed my hair didnt rinse it all (was washing dry hair) when I asked her to rinse I had all my tshirt wet! Bwfore july there Matilda and Noline worked there and it was a really nice and professional place. Matilda is a great professional that perfectly undestands customers needs. Since she took her maternity leave and Bruce is running this place it is totally different. He is unprofessional and does not listen to his customers. Don't go there! Im pretty sure that anyone can colour hair better by himself than Bruce!!!
