I popped into the plaza store and jerry helped me out,he didn't just get me the different sizes,he actually talked about the product ,gave me advice- he was very knowledgeable- I was impressed with his customer service

Great friendly service, particularly from Tommy. I normally find stores like Hype DC a little intimidating as it hasn't been apart of my style until now but he was incredibly encouraging and helpful.

Awesome team there, but my biggest helper was Krystal, so patient with me, I tried so many shoes till i found the right one.

the customer service was terrible and very slow considering there was only one other customer in the store. took me an hour to finally get the shoes i was after even though two girls were working.
