The 23 of March and had the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. She was rude, rolled her eyes, shook her head when I asked questions, to name a few, she should not be in customer service. 
The reason I was asking questions was to set up a 24 month plan ($2000+) for my Mother as i'd had great service from Vodafone before, I ended up going somewhere else due the the customer service, this is what sells phones, not just the plans/deals. 
This changed my mind completely, I would not recommend this store to anyone. Find somewhere with service that wants to HELP you!!

Normally I would give Maroochydore Vodafone (MV) a better rap. But something unusual has occurred and it would appear that MV are not good at customer relations when the issue is in a grey area.  So their all smiles until they think your ripping them off. My dilemma is that I got a mobile had it for a week, because I was focused on my finger print security, I forgot my new PIN,  told MV about the problem - I'm locked out. They were going to send it away to their techs to wipe the mobile and I'd have to re-load it. Ok, I'll wear that. Anyhow from the 19th Feb until the 16th March they had the mobile. I dropped into the store and asked if my phone has returned?  Yea, was the reply, we call you on your No:, despite it not being operational and having given them an alternate contact, "Haa  ok, sorry about that". Not really. Feed back from MV our techs couldn't re-set it, so you will have to via Google. I spent a good two hours trying to reset the phone. To no avail. Returned to the store, and asked if the techs couldn't reset it, and I tried, there has to something wrong. However, the long and the short of this frustrating exercise,  my phone is not functioning, and I'm told they will not replace it but expected to continuing to pay my bills for this defunct phone.
I'll put it out to the community do you think this was a reasonable and just decision that Maroochydore Vodafone (& VODAFONE), who are not short of money could have replaced it as a good will gesture. Which would have earned THEM, lotsa brownie points.
BUT instead, I will now need to pursue this legally, either via Australian Consumer Law or warranties & refunds under the ACCC.
Just a cautionary tale and if your interested watch this space - will Maroochydore Vodafone (Vodafone) make a decision to have public relations disaster - or win!!!!!!!!!!!

I was previously with Optus for over 13 years. Dissatisfied with their service -  I changed to Vodafone cause of it's great value & customer service. Sarah was my sale representative & i found i was in great hands with her. She took me through every little question i throw at her & her professionalism, knowledge of product & just all round nice person.
I would recommend Sarah from Maroochydore Vodafone to anyone - knowing that you would come out of there - completely happy.

Vodafone Sunshine Plaza Manager, Sarah is fantastic. She is attuned to customer service, is highly professional, precise and there to assist. Customer focus and satisfaction seem to be a valued goal to Sarah. I am grateful to have found this type of service in a telco provider. If not for Sarah's service and assistance I would have moved on to another provider. Hopefully Vodafone know the value of this employee.

I find their customer service outstanding.
Also when checking download speeds via 4g it was so fast it maxed out my speed gauge.
If you are in a good reception area I highly recommend them. Also, we are going for an overseas trip and so easy to access international roaming at $5 a day for only the days calls or data are made.
