Worst service ever! Rude and unhelpful. Had to wait for a long time for a simple SIM check. I told them I wasn't well and they just didn't care and made me wait in line despite the fact there wasn't anyone else there at the time!

Thank you to Emily - who was wonderful in helping my mother out with the transfer over to NBN and sorting out her mobile plan...she was a pleasure to deal with and a real asset to the store. Rare, and much appreciated... Thanks Emily!

Quick service with a good range of phones on offer. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only reason it doesn't get a five is because I would like to see more mobiles and tablets on offer

Don't expect to get any kind of service. Staff are great for the sale, but as soon as you hit an isssue with their service they all disappear.

Disgraceful I tried to call anyone at the Maroochydore office for over an hour about the replacement of my mobile device which is faulty. I need my mobile phone for my business. As insurance, I pay an extra fee every month in case I have an issue with it. I was told to reset the device in the hope that it would resolve the issue but to no avail. The unfortunate thing is that I was advised by another consultant that the matter could only be resolved by contacting the Maroochydore office. This is all because of an error in the description entered by a staff member when I purchased the phone. Oddly enough, the staff member at the Noosa office was unable to make a call to the Maroochydore office to explain the stuff up and have that matter resolved. I was told I would have to travel all the way to Maroochydore to fix the problem. I understand that it is a busy place but surely a phone company can afford to have someone there to answer the phone to resolve issues regarding a phone that they have sold me.
