I love the 7am opening and 9pm close. Especially with school aged children when they come to you and say they need such and such for school that day! This store is on the smaller side for me personally however I rarely have had any issues with staff, have found them to be active, helpful and friendly. I love the Click and collect option of buying online. Navigating their website is a breeze and it's good to check stock at other nearby stores. On this particular visit and I was after double size sheet sets, fitted sheer plowcases combo and quilt covers for my teen and tween boys, 16 and 11 not a lot to choose from in-store so I will try my luck online. Overall, their range, quality and prices are fairly reasonable.

rude female employee accused me of "playing around with the weights" when I 25 male picked one up to buy for my 16 male cousin that was with me, and looked at me as if I was a dumb child when I said "sorry, we weren't playing with then I assure you, I'm just showing it to my cousin." And stared at us until I decided to not buy anything and walked away. Very unwelcoming vibes from the employee's at this establishment.
Never has anything in stock. Waited 2 months for puppy pads to be in stock. States available in store on website, but got told multiple times in store that it's not in stock / it's in warehouse. Then why would you list it as available in store online? Planner not available after 1.5mths. Inaccurate website listings. Poor service.
I would like to report the fact that I was scammed in ur shop today as I payed $10 for something that is $5, ur clearance bikinis are stated $8 but the one I was looking at was $5 matching blue and purple and white ones, it states they are $5 but each? They are a matching pair that go together and are $5 together since they are matching yet u have it as $5 each, I highly recommend that u sort out ur pricing asap before u have another incident. I should’ve only payed $5 but since of ur scamming prices I had to pay more!
Kmart Maroochydore has what you need for bargain prices but unfortunately I’m giving it two stars due to overhearing two female staff members making fun of the young trolley pusher saying “when we need to stack shelves I always go and grab a handful of trolleys so the pusher can loose the excess fat he has.” Won’t go back there again.

Nice, big store within Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza. Click & Collect desk needs a bell on desktop, when staff not in attendance. Self-checkout was a nightmare experience on the night. There should at least be one open pay/cashier point at 6pm!

Good store with big range, close to parking in the centre. Also choose to good food court. Two checkouts, one at the front, one in the centre. Has got a large items pickup out the back. Staff are good but the shop is often busy because it's so popular. Good kids area and big clothing and homewares sections.
