New format. But less staff it seems as no-one available to help. These big stores going self serve.. they'll one day realise that less people earning money = less profit
Didn’t think this store could get any worse and then they changed the layout. Absolutely nothing in the visual merchandising space makes sense. Crap all over the place.
This is the worst Kmart I have been to. I went to four price checkers that weren’t working. Then went to try on some clothes and was told the change rooms are closed with no alternative option. Looks run down and dirty. Go elsewhere
The new store update is incredibly confusing,why all the self serve checkouts,I haven't the faintest idea?nnThe layout is extremely complicated now,it literally looks like a train station the minute you walk in, cluttered and disorganised,staff are friendly and helpful however,so that redesign isn't their fault just the companies responsibility,overall new items at Kmart are literally stuff you could buy on AliExpress or Temu for the same quality,but cheaper,if you're still interested in going here please do yourselves a favour and ask staff where things are before going.
Thanks to your new coin-operatedntrolleys, my wife spent way less thannusual--so my bank account is happy!nHowever, my back isn't. Thenpull-baskets are far too short to benpractical, making the whole shop anchore. It's also pretty confusing thatnyou're moving toward a cashless svstemnbut still require us to carry shrapnel justnto use a trolley. Might be time to lookninto a digital 'tap-to-lock' system if younwant us to keep filling the cart!
