Went looking for a special item for myself with my 14 year old daughter. It was a joy to watch her reaction at the fantastic customer service at City Chic Maroochydore. She had never witnessed good service before and Raved to anyone who would listen about the girl in the shop. Never had anything but 5 star service at city chic.
Thank you for a great experience! I usually hate clothes shopping, because I am a bigger person it’s humiliating and depressing so I avoid it. But shopping with you today was welcoming, warm and friendly and judgment free. Thank you to both the ladies at maroochydore who helped. It was a great experience. Thank you!
Girlfriend shopped there and found polite and friendly super helpful staff with a good range of clothing and accessories.
Was shopping for a formal event for a few weeks time. I don’t know her name but I was served by a short blonde woman with quite curly hair. She was extremely helpful, not pushy at all & even steamed my dress for me before I left with it because it was a little creased. I ended up with a new dress that just came in & bra I never really intended on trying. Very pleased with City Chic & especially the lady who served me!
It must be good. We go there so often the staff recognise us every time
Absolutely mortified after first and last visit to City Chic at the sunshine plaza. I went in to buy a bra and was called “lovie” 10 times. Then went to the change room to try a size and was waiting for assistance but nobody came. So I redressed to get my own size. Then tried it, not sure of correct sizing, waited another 5 minutes for service but nothing so I undressed to change back into my clothes. Then a shop assistant threw open the curtains to my change room leaving me exposed. She just laughed it off and went to the customer she was serving. I’ve never felt so embarrassed or dismissed.
Shopping today for a dress to wear to a family funeral, I was frustrated with sizings and styles in other stores. City Chic was so welcoming and friendly. They offer amazing service and you very quickly feel comfortable and reassured. The change rooms are private and beautiful. The whole experience was pleasant and calm and I even left with bras as well because they offered a good range for a great price, something I wouldn't have known from the promenade. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Just wanted to say how great it was to be helped by Julie at the Maroochydore store. I had no idea what to buy for a couple of formal events I have to attend and Julie went above and beyond to help me. I think I have found my favourite store. Highly recommend, make sure you ask for Julie!
I just had the most positive shopping experience that I have had in the longest time courtesy of Bridget at your Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore flagship store. She was friendly and helpful, listened to my concerns and was encouraging. I know that the online city chic range has been expanding, but it's the staff in the retail stores that really make shopping at city chic a pleasant retail experience.
I can't recommend Lana from the Maroochydore store highly enough. I went in to buy a bra and she persevered with me running back and forth into the store and out the back until we found the right size and fit. I then proceeded to spend over $200 in store and $95 online due to not having something in the colour I wanted which I never would of spent if Lana hadn't of spent so much time with me. She's real treasure
