Came here this morning 18 Feb 2022 and the sales assistant was very friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful and receptive to questions etc.  The store itself is very well presented. Decor and set up is well thought out and gives the store a clean and upscale sort of vibe.

Liv was such a big help she assisted me with how to style my new dress for my friends hens, she was so lovely and all the girls where very helpful and easy to talk to

Great store, but check online for more sales

Absolutely pathetic customer service, appalling lack of care from the team member at the sunshine plaza store. Will not be returning!

Normally this store and it’s service is very good, but today I went in and the two store assistants didn’t even acknowledge me - poor customer service

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Sunshine Plaza store yesterday! The team member Charlie went above and beyond for me and assisted me in finding the most perfect summers outfit for my next holiday. Will definitely be returning
