Love these guys! It Was the best experience dealing with Sam from the plaza, he explained everything (more then once for me) and got me a great deal😃 I have been with Optus for a very long time and this is bar far the best service I have received at any store! Even the Manager was there to help with alternative options and answer more questions while Sam was processing all of my requests AND training someone at the same time! Thanks Sam and Justin il definitely be travelling back from South Brisbane for my Optus needs!!!

Unable to speak directly to this store. The main number is always diverted to the national enquiry line. Frustrating situation ... BAD JUDGEMENT on OPTUS to do this. Seems like there is no more store communication with this telco.

Was waiting 2 weeks and a bit for internet to get connected only to be told after going to the store that all the exchanges were taken up for optus so the contract had been cancelled. Did not contact us at all we were wait that whole time with no information whatsoever, quite disgusting really
