Poor customer service. As soon as the assistant found out we were not wanting to purchase today, her attitude completely changed and was rude. We were spending close to $500 for the 2 shoes we wanted to buy, so wanted to sit on the thought before throwing our money at new shoes. Safe to say when we do decide to proceed with new shoes we will not return to this store.
Absolutely appaling service here. My husband was sold a pair of $250 Brooks and assured the leather was durable and the shoes would be suitable for his orthotics and trade a spray painter, which was made ABUNDANTLY clear as it was the whole purpose for our visit to Athletes Foot Maroochydore. Within weeks the rubber sole peeled back and the leather started to wear away. October 23 2022 we returned the shoes and were told by Manager Sacha, Brooks are really good and we'll have it sorted within a few days. It is now December 5 2022 and we haven't even had so much as a return phone call let alone the shoes back. It's unheard of. We've incurred podiatry cancellation fees, we've had to go to the added expense of buying alternative shoes in the long and totally unacceptable wait period. ACCC are current investigating this retailer - thank God for that! If you have any issues with this shop, check the ACCC website and note your consumer rights. If you have a similar situation, I urge you to report it.
From the moment I walked in it was a very positive and super friendly experience! Thank you Sacha for giving me quality time today so I could get the right fit with the Brooks walkers I really needed. Five star service!

Terrible customer service. After asking for a half size up. All they could say is we don't have it choose another shoe. It seems it's to much hassle to order them in to the shop. Save your money shop eleswere.
