Would like to express my gratitude & thanks to Vanessa at this store. She went above and beyond to help me order special boots for my wedding at a store down in Adelaide to pick up in a months time. The best customer service and attitude which really respents the brand well. This store has been one of the best R.M. Williams I have ever visited, highly recommended it over the brisbane airport store.
