I recently purchased shoes online only to realise they were the wrong size. The lovely staff in store were able to help me with sizing and went out of their way to return my online order and exchange for the correct size. This included ordering in from another store and then giving me a call when my new pair had arrived for pick up! Customer service went above and beyond!
Amazing customer service skills Andree has, she Has a world of knowledge of the shoes she sells and she is very honest and helpful Highly recommend if you want a pair of birkenstock shoes or frankie4 also ecco, she knows them all! She needs a raise for what she knows!
I have shopped here before and had a good experience. Disappointed today, did get a pair but feel staff need to provide more assistance with fitting given theses are a $200+ purchase. Cant attach the photos but shoes i did buy have mismatched laces and weren't threaded properly so have re laced them, again attention to that detail would be nice. I most likely won't be returning.
Drove to sunshine plaza today after Brisbane didn't have my size. Lovely ladies were so helpful. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble and I got my shoes. Thank you again, Claire Henderson
Zero stars! We went in on Sunday at 1pm twice to buy two pairs of birkenstocks and the staff didn’t acknowledge us at all. The second time we went in and decided to buy them no one served us or even helped us with sizes, finally the older lady asked if we were ok and we asked for a size where she persisted and brought us a completely different colour, the wrong gender size then had the audacity to say ‘too bad too small’... they were too small because you gave us a ladies 8 not a men’s 10 and they weren’t the correct colour or style. After having a bad experience we decided to leave and not continue asking for the correct product.. Would not recommend to anyone!!
