This review is to the Asia Guys how had the light green polo shirt on yesterday 15/12/2022. I don’t know if you are a trainee or hopefully NO the manager but you are very rude. Even when I was trying to explain to your way, I was not standing in line you kept on interrupting me and at no point said sorry. You have a lot to learn about customer service buddy, I recommend you change you attitude and tone when speaking to customers.
I believe the staff who helped me was Tylie, who was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help me with my purchases with such honesty and that is very much something I appreciate. Very happy with my experience!
Dreadful customer service. Tried to buy a refurbished Nintendo Switch and the Asian guy with glasses was extremely unhelpful. I explained that I was looking for a low serial number Switch so I could install the Smash Bros Training Mode pack and he literally refused me service. Lost a potential guaranteed $350 sale because this fragile little boy is on a power trip and likes being a bit of a c-word. I'm not at EB Games for their bloated prices, I was only there for the convenience of buying something. I bought a Switch elsewhere for cheaper. Highly recommend searching online for anything you'll buy from here, you will find it $10-15 cheaper elsewhere. Will not be going to this particular EB again.
Excellent customer service here. Had a problem with a ps5 and despite no parts available to repair kenneth the store manager helped me out to get me gaming again. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend them. Professional. They know their stuff
We had an awesome customer service experience in this store. Traded in an old Xbox for a new one, got awesome customer service and fair deal on our trade. Thanks team keep up the great work
Faith with the blue hair is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in customer service! She shouldn’t be working for EB Games. Absolutely stinking attitude!

Maroocydore Plaza EB games store… Brought a PS2 drink bottle a couple months ago that cost $29. Bought it back to the plaza Store today.. as the bottom of the water bottle base had detached, faulty clearly could see that it was. The 2 young girls, sales assistants refused to replace or even credit the water PS2 bottle.. blaming it on that it could have been dropped or what was put inside the bottle the girl asked ?? I responded ‘water only’ as it’s a water bottle, my eldest Son spent over $400 + dollars that day including the PS2 water bottle as she saw when she looked up the receipt. Unbelievable that they are very friendly when your spending a lot of money in store.. But absolutely NO after sales service for ‘faulty products’ that they sell at an over priced amount.. so going forward EB GAMES has lost at least 4 future customers that spent a lot of money over the months/years.. young Girls with no idea how to keep loyal customers. Management should look into better sales staff. I will be taking this further as it’s the principle of the matter. JB high will be where we will spend our money in the future!!
