Unfortunately your store person Jess needs a refresher in customer service. Wanting to order in a pair of shoes Jess made it known that we were an inconvenience to her and kept serving people (even those behind us in the queue) because she had to take our name and number for the order. This shows that people with items in hand are seen as more important than people who are going to order shoes...for which you would receive the revenue for anyway. Next time I suggest you serve in order of the queue. We will not be coming back to your store anymore as we were made to feel like we were only in the way. And before she comes back to you and says it was busy because it was boxing day, there were three other sales girls on, Jess could have called one of them over to assist. It's NEVER too busy to provide excellent service!
