Terrible service. No help with picking my shoe size. Wasn’t acknowledged. The young girls were too busy chatting to themselves. Store was over crowed with excess stock. No space to walk. When another customer left the shop I heard the young girl say “I’m not a dog” while cleaning up the shoes left behind. Clearly both staff members did not want to be there. If I didn’t need the shoes I would of walked out.
Saved the day, needed some small sized ladies sandals and there was literally a massive range, after nearly crying in the bigger chain shops I was so relieved. Staff member working- so lovely
My wife purchased 2 pairs of shoes today. She was very happy to find her long time favourite shoes were still in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful! Thanks
When you search for men's casual chelsea boots it comes up with this store as the first result. They do not sell anything for men and neither the title, description or however Google sorts stores will tell you that. I actually looked at what they sell and no gender is specified anywhere. It's almost like they think whoever comes across this store is a woman and there are no other type of people looking for shoes at the plaza.
The staff in this store are so lovely!!! Helpful, friendly and go out of their way to look items up, assist with sizes and offer advice. Thank you.
