Very clean. Good facilities. Jacobs Ladder beach is phenomenal! Owner's are super friendly. We parkednour camper van in a nice level powered site. Owners did a great job spreading the guests out around the property.

Nice grassy well-siced campsites. Good kitchen. Excellent playground for kids of all ages. Price is a bit above average. The 50 Cent coins for the hot shower we got from the office. Good place to stay the night before or after your dive trip.

I love Pinewoods and visit often. The only thing I don't like are entry streets to the park. Cars are allowed to park on either side of this narrow street which makes navigating a bit unnerving in a big rig. Council need to sort this!

Great place to come to get away and unwind. Kid have plenty to do, trampoline, table tennis, slides, outdoor play area, swings, monkey bars, rock climbing wall, basketball hoop and only a short walk to the beach. There is a tv room and during the holidays there are programs run during the day for children. If you want to bring your camper or tent there is also space for this with common are cooking facilities available should you need them. The whole facility is well laid out and safe and secure. Only a short walk to the beach, or a 5 minute drive and you can be in either Orewa or Silverdale where you can get your shopping fix.

My nana stays here and the staff and locals treat her and very one else with great respect, they have easy access to the beach and a big playground for all the kids, the views are breathtaking, highly recommend visiting this place
