Had no hot water. Staff wasnt pleasant. Receptions closes at 7. Expect guest to return before 7:45 for registration? Ridiculous service ever met with. Calls get routed to tradewinds hotel and nothing is available after 7pm. Location isnt good. Wont be back.
We stayed in a Queen bed apartment and paid extra for a river view. The room was a good size for just the two of us, but I was disappointed with the scruffy furniture inside and out. The bathroom was clean, but the rest of the room had been wiped clean only. the doors had dirty finger prints, curtains dusty, floors felt sticky under the feet. The room did not have a comfortable feel - it was cold and stark. On the plus side, the location was fantastic, the river view made the experience. Would have been a 5 star, but we couldn't get parking and it's quite busy for street parking at the weekend. The lady I saw at reception was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall I didn't feel like I got the best value for money.
Amazing location right on the Marina in North Freo. U have an outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa and gym. Facilities are immaculate. Close to local beaches, cafes, shops and attractions. Beautiful walks along the water. Ground floor rooms are dog friendly. Balcony overlooks the water- swan river. Stunning.
Avoid this place – misleading listing and terrible servicennThis was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The listing photos are completely misleading—we were given an apartment that looked nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, they gave us the wrong room, which didn’t have enough beds for all guests. When I brought this up, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful, simply telling me they were fully booked and suggesting I find another place myself.nnAfter wasting hours of my vacation trying to resolve the issue, I eventually had to contact Airbnb to get a refund, as the host refused to take responsibility. Even then, they only issued a partial refund and told me to deal with Airbnb for the rest.nnThe room itself was far from clean—the pillows smelled bad, and the furniture was cheap and uninviting. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Total waste of time and money.
What a truly amazing experience. First time in Australia. Friendly receptionist , clean apartment everything you need . The views are fabulous overlooking Swan River , spotted many dolphin’s ..nHighly recommend this place to stay.
