Great little value well, 200/night, but that's value these days for Perth motel, excellent location for what I needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby and pubs and supermarkets. Handy to the freeways. Room was slightly dated, but it's an older motel, you expect that. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Absolutely recommend a stay here

The staff were really lovely.nThe rooms however.....the bunk beds had gatelatches on them which came undone causing my child to fall from the top bunk. There was a blood stain on the bed spread. The place just wasn't clean. I really don't know how they are allowed to operate.nThankful the staff did give us a refund. They took a $200 bond! Which I still haven't seen back in the bank 8 days later!

To start off, I'd give 2.5 stars if I could. Good room, friendly staff nice location for a hotel located next to a main road, public transport is very close whether it is bus or train. However there is a $200 deposit which in my opinion is way to high for the level of accommodation and you won't receive this back until 5-7 days after checking out. In my case Checked out on the 4th I've only just seen the money back in my account as I'm writing this. I was notified about a missing blanket and bedspread within the day of checking out. Cleaning staff need to check properly for each item in the room before reporting lost goods, I had stripped the bed and the pillows, bundled all of them together and placed them on the bed before I checked out as a courtesy to them, and then proceed to basically be accused of taking them home which seemed a bit ridiculous seeing how light I was traveling when I checked in and out. Thankfully the issue was resolved as I was onto them almost every day since checkout but that leaves the question of what if they couldn't locate the missing bedspread. Great place, staff were always very friendly and more than happy to help even with the issue mentioned above. Just leave the work to the cleaners and don't strip the beds and be prepared not to get your bond back for a while.

service is top notch location is awesome rooms are comfortable! not a 5 star by any means but value for money....stop complaining people its priced accordingly.

Stayed the night prior to our overseas trip, receptionist very pleasant and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately the place has a big cockroach problem, we’re crawling everywhere in the room also parking for cars a bit awkward .
