Our flight was cancelled and we were put in this hotel. Mostafa was nothing but short of amazing accommodating us in this emergency situation. His service and manner is exceptional. Thank you for looking after us.nThe room was nice and clean and there's a plenty of parking around the hotel and it's a short stroll to Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend.
nAnother great stay at Holiday Inn Perth!nnThis is my second time staying at the Holiday Inn in Western Perth, and once again, everything was excellent. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming — a big shoutout to Moustafa at reception, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. He really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.nnThe room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s cleanliness and attention to detail really stand out.nnBreakfast was also fantastic — great variety, fresh options, and the breakfast staff were so polite and attentive. They made the morning start off just right.nnOverall, another top experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
My wife stayed for one week in September. The plated breakfast was really good, an excellent start to the day. Service was also great, especially Andrelyn who served us breakfast. Location is quiet with free CAT buses to the Perth CBD, Kings Park is less than 10 minutes on foot. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. During the week a lot of nearby restaurants weren’t open or closed early. We usually got the bus into the CBD or ate at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.
Holiday Inn West Perth is a modern, comfortable hotel just outside the CBD. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, staff are friendly, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure stays. Great value with reliable IHG standards.
Rooms clean a modern, exceptional service from both reception and housekeeping staff, a little out the way which is both a positive and a negative. Quiet area, but not near many restaurants. Luckily the on-site restaurant is really good.
