Serviced apartment in great location, across Kings Park, and walking distance to commercial area & restaurants in west Perth town. Only studio type available. Fully equipped with microwave, stove, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, fridge, and cutlery. Daily room cleaning. Good stay for 7 nights.
Stayed in a studio apartment and was very happy with the room and service. My only comments are that there is only street parking available, which is paid from 8am to 5pm weekdays via EasyPark or ticket parking. Also there is another Quest Hotel Quest on Rheola within 500m so it can be easy to be confused between them. Also the queen bed was really two single beds pushed together, and the water pressure was a bit slow. Otherwise it was an amazingly comfortable room with everything you would need - washing machine, dryer, microwave, stove and even a dish washer. I could have stayed a lot longer!!
My brother stays here when visiting from NZ. This was his second stay and he says it's great because it's better than staying in a noisy hotel and it's easy to get around the city via the free cat busses of which there's a bus stop outside. I'm sure he will stay there again next time he visits.
Unhygienic and unsanitary experience.nnMy Husband and I have stayed at Quest Kings Park on numerous occasions for business and connecting travel.nnOur most recent stay involved the bedding being umwashed and stained with fresh blood and other bodily fluids as seen in photo. We notified reception of this immediately and were simply given a fresh sheet to place on the bed for the night as no other rooms were available. We asked to be contacted by management as this was not a satisfactory response in our opinion.nnThe following afternoon we were contacted as requested by Quest Kings Park and offered a 50% refund for our stay as compensation for this experience. This response validating that this level of hygiene and cleanliness is acceptable at this hotel and by management.nnWe questioned this and asked if further investigation would be possible with General Management, shortly receiving another call back stating a full refund for the night would be issued.nnUnfortunatley we will no longer be using Quest Kings Park. We hope General Management will be proactive in using this review to ensure this experience will not be had with future guests.
A very poor quality hotel, the only good thing about it is the location. Our room was not ready for the check in time. The cleaning standards are extremely low, dust was everywhere.
