Positives: Wonderful clean spacious apartment.nAll amenities included.nComfy bed .nClean, spacious and up-to-date washrooms .nVery good wifi as well.nVery close to CBD .n2-3 mins drive.nFree CAT bus stop is only 50 meters away.nVery courteous staff.nnThings to improve:nHelp with early check in especially people who come froma long flight , would go a long way .nThe lady at check in told me room was not ready but helped be stow my luggage though I sent msg a week before arrival for early check in nI was only 30 mins before the check in time .nnOnce I changed and got ready to go out after 10 mins in the washroom she said the room was ready and then I moved my stuff and went out .nnCafes nearby close by 2-3 pm.nNearest supermarket is about 10-15 mins walk .nNo restaurant or cafe on site
Have stayed a few times. Great for short stay when passing through, and staff always go above and beyond to help. Rooms are large with all the facilities you need for a short stay or during transit, washing machine/dryer in room is greatnnLocation holds it back. Sure it's in a nice part of Perth by kings park, but it is not very accessible from the airport, there's no parking available, no food on site and it's a fair walk to any dining
We stayed 4 nights at the Quest Kings Park in a Studio King Room. The Hotel apartment is right across the street from Kings Park. Our room was clean and serviced regularly. Bed was comfortable medium/firm. Room had a safe and washer & dryer. No coffee machine in room but a kettle was provided. Front desk staff were friendly. Bus service is a 2 minute walk. Only a couple restaurants within 7 min walk from the hotel. Most restaurants were more than a 10 minute walk. Grocery store was a 15 min walk. The hotel was nice however if i returned to Perth I would pick a hotel with a closer walking distance to amenities.
My apartment room was very clean. And the inclusion of laundry powder for the washing machine was appreciated. The staff are conscientious and friendly. I would recommend.
Would have been a great stay but for 3 days we had noisy waterpipes keeping me awake at night and very intermittent shower pressure. Not a pleasant stay!
