Recently reopened after extensive renovations. Exceptional result in comparison to before. Nice ambience. Indoor and outdoor settings. Good food at reasonable prices. The salad bar is a nice touch but could be more extensive. Good wine list and a wide selection of beers. The waiting staff were good but the bar staff would benefit from a course in customer service. Leaving customers waiting at the bar to be served while carrying on discussions with colleagues should not happen.

Recently renovated this is going to be one of the must go to venues in the Nth East metro area. Staff and management pulling out all the stops to make a good impression. Only down side is a change in gaming hours but have word this may change back soon. They make great coffee!

Very average service & this is the second time I have tried it since the renovations & not impressed.
Next time 3 strikes & u r out.

Wonderful food, staff & atmosphere! Daughter had the tasty & succulent herb & garlic 1/2 chicken. Husband had perfectly cooked  battered Flathead. I had the standard size tender crumbed porterhouse schnitzel. All came with yummy fries and lovely couscous salad. There is also a very nice salad bar with fresh ingredients.
Husband & daughter ate delicious desserts (panna cotta/sugar waffles) but I was way too full. Maybe next time as we will definitely return! Very reasonable prices.

Excellent renovations but that's the only positive about our whole experience at Paradise hotel.  For our table of 8 it was a very underwhelming experience - staff had not been briefed on what was allowed and what wasn't - we had issues with doubling up of drinks and then they lost our order - very disorganised - at least a 45 minute wait for meals.  Told we could order takeaway, so placed a late order only to have management come back and say we couldn't.  Did not like splitting the bill - and they said we couldn't use the entertainment voucher. No air conditioning and it was around 30degrees.  We will not be returning in a hurry.
