In addition to the art our compact rooms (14sqm) contain king beds, wall mounted LCD TVs, laptop safe, tea & coffee facilities and very modern bathrooms.

My first stay and will definately not be my last. A wonderful hotel which you would expect to pay much more for. Spotlessly clean, the rooms are fresh and modern and the customer service exceptional. The free bike hire is also a nice touch. I will absolutely be back with my family next time and can’t wait. 5 stars. Very impressed

Great location in the residential suburb of North Adelaide. Walking distance to the oval, excellent cafes, boutique stores and the Lion Hotel. Beware, the rooms are tiny and there are no amenities.

Very minimal as the name suggests but decent enough. Clean and tidy. 118 had a huge bathroom with disability access. I was only here for one night and only to sleep. Walls thick, quiet at night. Bathroom exhaust is loud but will automatically stop

A great place to stay - quiet, clean, central enough, very comfortable and a great rate. Another small table would just fit and would be so handy - maybe a fold up one?

Simple layout, clean and funky looking, all the essentials services available, parking underground and close to restaurants. Wifi was a bit slow, but it's free. 4G reception on the ground floor was weak for both my Telstra and Optus phones.
