Broken Air-conditioning and the fridge was warm. I had to move to a non-disability accessible room and the air-conditioning in that room made loud noises and was only slightly better. The staff member came across as confused and made me feel like an inconvenience.nThere was a bond I had to pay that I had never had to pay before and was not warned about. And the cost of parking had gone up and I was also not told about it.nThe housekeeping staff were lovely and so helpful.nSadly this place has got more expensive and reduced in quality. You can get bigger and cheaper rooms elsewhere in the city.nAfter 4 visits this will be my last.
Was a good stay. Room was small but good for two people. Bed started splitting into two seperate beds and we couldn’t figure out how to put it back together so kept falling down the crack. Tv definitely needs to be updated, struggled to get channels and no Netflix or any other streaming platforms. Bathroom was good, tap water tasted great. Overall enjoyed the stay, would go again.
My main point for this review is the $500 deposit, they keep for up to 7 business days. It’s been 5 and still haven’t gotten back, but I just found this amount beyond excessive. Not to mention how long it takes to get back. I would really suggest a revamp to that. Some people literally don’t have $500 for a deposit they won’t get back for over a week. Not to mention you can hear everything in this place from above and the rooms beside you. But otherwise great location, and service was good for the price.
Check-in was easy, but it was 200m away from the hotel and the service was not very good. We stayed at the hotel because we were arriving from a very long international flight, in room 103. I thought I would be able to rest, but the terrible noise of the air conditioning kept us awake all night and turning it off was impossible due to the heat. Otherwise, the environment is nice and the room was well organized.
The so called Double Bed was in fact 2 single beds with a strip of white stuff, they thought would keep the bed together, unfortunately it didn't and the beds sseparated. Mattresses were rock hard, very uncomfortable indeed. I didn't even get 2 hours sleep at all. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay there, as I cannot recommend the place. Very disappointed Booking was in the surname of Gale. Shower was a joke. I have a photo of the bed but unfortunately don't know were to put it
