A wonderful hotel with great facilities. Lovely customer service, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely. I made use of the pool and spa. Room service food was delicious although not sure why there is $6 fee for room service and it was a bit overpriced as was breakfast. I’m not paying for fuel it’s just bringing it to the room. But the food was delicious. At breakfast lots to choose from all  looked fresh and delicious. Some things I found non functional ie: condiment jars with metal clips difficult to get the spreads out of, also the hot food in nice looking pots but the lids would drip condensation everywhere when taking off and there was nowhere really to place the lids or my plate. But all looked lovely and staff were attentive.

Room was a great stay for a couple who wanted a night away.nnIncluded buffest breakfast was good quality and I great feature to wake up to.nnValet parking was included and fast retrieval of my vehicle when requested.nnLocation is a spot being short distance from restaurants, bars and entertainment.nnWill stay again.

The room was amazing. The bathroom was beautiful and included a bath. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only complaint was the buffet breakfast, which was rather ordinary. There was a limited selection and on our second day, the food was cold. Can't say I have ever had a buffet breakfast where all the condiments are in clip on jars. It was inconvenient and you are in the way of people trying to get past. Will be back for the wonderful hotel, but will give breakfast a miss.

Room was light, airy & extremely comfortable, the bed and pillows were sublime & extra comfy. We recieved an upgrade to a higher floor & room so no complaints for that. Bathroom was a bit neglected, grout could do with a good clean, as can the shower screens & glass shelves.nService was amazing in the foyer, although a long wait in the valid parking for cars to be moved if you chose to park your own vehicle.nBreakfast was a shamble... food not fresh, cold bacon, eggs were dry, tomatoes were raw & over seasoned, just in general not that great, I was expecting better with more variety. For the price you would be better going to a local cafe.
