Each concern was handled promptly and effectively, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The genuine effort to resolve these issues contributed significantly to the positive nature of our stay.nnIn summary, this is a remarkable hotel, notable for its high-quality interiors, attentive staff, and unique character. We stayed for one night. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and updated, with a great view of the city. Close to the tram service, buses and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The service from the staff was great- no problem too big, polite, friendly and professional. The bonus was our complimentary wine and brownie. Thankyou - that was appreciated. Valet service was great and the Breakfast service was good.
I recently stayed at Hilton Adelaide and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The view from my room was amazing, adding to the overall experience.nnThe hotel’s central location is a major plus, with Chinatown just a few steps away and plenty of food options nearby. It’s truly an amazing property, perfectly situated for exploring the city. I highly recommend Hilton Adelaide for anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally-located stay with excellent service!
We recently had 3 rooms here. The rooms were clean and well presented although clearly aged. The bathrooms in particular are in need of renovation as even though they were clean, the age made it feel otherwise.nThe restaurant staff were incredible. Friendly and accommodating, food was wonderful.nOverall, I think I would eat here again but would be hesitant to spend the $220 per night for accommodation.
Location is great and no doubt. The house keeping is not okay as didn’t replenish the amenities like body lotion. Room is a bit dated to be frank.nnThe breakfast is just okay. We are gold member and get “normal” breakfast but without hot dishes. I don’t really understand this. We paid but figured out that the hot dishes are just what a normal hotel will offer for breakfast. This is quite disappointing after so many stays with Hilton.nnGym is amazing and that’s a big plus.
