Story

Our love for local South Australian produce and wines in the area made it an easy choice to put our focus on all things local. We believe in supporting local producers and families so we can give back to the community that make Adelaide such a special place to call home.
Our wine is concise but focuses heavily on local South Australian wine makers that practice sustainable and ethical growing practices. From time to time we revise it to include drops that some of our friends have produced so that you can enjoy the fruits of their labour. But just to keep things interesting we occasionally include some drops from other states when we find something very special that we would like to share with our customers .We believe in sourcing local and sustainable produce, cooked simply to help your better appreciate it’s freshness, and pair it with some amazing local wines sourced from some very passionate winemakers.

Special shout out to Ashish for going above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Incredible rooms with a bathtub in the bedroom in addition to the separate bathroom, clean luxurious and comfortable. The food downstairs is incredible, not your usual hotel food but excellent in its own right and very popular with the locals as a result! Huge portions of delicious food at great value. Creme brulee croissant was the best sweet pastry I have ever had. Thank you to the team for a great stay you were all lovely!
Great location, just a short walk to Rundle Mall.nStaff were always polite and helpful.nThe Rooms were spacious and clean, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean.nThe only gripe I had was the noise from the street and the air conditioner. I stayed during the week so the Hindle’s street noise wasn’t too bad, I could imagine it being worse on a weekend. Other than that, everything else was comfortable.

Easy walk to Hindley Street Music Hall, Rundell Hall and Central MarketsnRoom - the room was lovely, king bed comfy lounge chairs and clean bathroom. There was even a pillow menu.nCocktails - Happy hour, great Margarita.nStaff - reception the lovely lady on the evening of the 25th/26th of January was very nice and so helpful.nRoom Service - first night dinner in room. Good service.nnDisliked · The bed was a little firm for me, but nothing that stopped sleeping.nThere is a little bright green light/sensor on the wall above aircon power, it glows in the dark and throws far too much light into the room. Needs to be covered.
The location was very central with easy access to good shopping. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfy. The TV was a smart TV so we could log into our own streaming services. The pool area was good but very slippery and because of that children are not allowed to play much around the pool but are welcome to just stay in the water.
A great hotel with good facilities. Really enjoyed the pool/spa/sauna/gymnWasn’t sure at first about the location, a not so nice part of town but soon realised it was in a very central area, close to everything.nVery comfy and clean room
