Nice place to live, the day staff and RAs are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive to your specific needs and the security staff members are very friendly and make you feel safe. CCTV makes you feel safe and secure. The rental cost is worth it

Love the accommodation and events held. Staff there are wonderful. I move straight out of home to study in a different state and haven’t felt more at home. Would recommend to any student.

I'm going to be honest, the only thing good about this accommodation is the location, which is 10 minutes away from Rundle mall and university. The room is small and of course clean when I first moved in. However, do take note that Urbanest expects you to pay EVERYTHING, including the cleaning services (which no matter how clean the room is, they will have something that requires you to pay for cleaning). Based on my experience, before I left Urbanest, I cleaned the room and made sure that the room was in the same condition like the first day I moved in. After I checked out, the staff only went to inspect my room after TWO WEEKS, (which they say because they were busy) and I was charged for cleaning services as it was stated that my room was dusty. Being left for two whole weeks without anyone cleaning without doubt there will be dust. And another absurd reason for the cleaning services is that they need to send the bed for cleaning service which I have not spilled or dirtied the mattress  or bed frame. My suggestion is if this is your first time in Adelaide, just stay in Urbanest for the first 6 months, then look for other accommodation or rooms for student to rent after that because Urbanest is too expensive for the service and room that we get. This is just my opinion, coming from my past experience.

I lived there for 4 years, they are the nicest group of staff you could ever want, the rooms are great, 100gig of super fast internet a month all utilities paid for with your rent so you can run the air conditioner 24/7, and an advantage with them is that every 6 months they run a promotional campaign where if you rebook you get to keep your rate, I was on a rate that was 4 years old. For a city location there probably the cheapest you'll find because of the included internet and utilities, only thing is you need to be a student, so when my study finished I had to move out that's the only reason why I'm not there still.
