We had the pleasure to come to the hotel for four nights and the location is perfect! The room was clean. The restaurant was really nice food and service. The view from our room 14th floor was great. and if one day we come back to Adelaide, we'll go back there. Good job to the team!
The staff at the hotel are brilliant, they are super friendly, helpful and welcoming, from the check in staff to cleaners to the restaurant staff. I can't praise them all highly enough.nThe Breakfast is good, both hot and continental choices with a good selection. Loved the Chia Seed pudding and fresh fruit.nThe room is standard size, clean, bed was comfortable.nThe Location is excellent for shops and restaurants.nThere are payable diy laundry facilities which was a good feature.
Very helpful check in staff. As I took an overnight flight, I requested if could be allowed to check in early. As soon as housekeeping prepared a room, they called me and informed me. Very helpful and professional.nThe room itself is adequate for its category, had a nice view over the nearby park and green spaces, and the hotel is fabulously centrally located.
Every staff member I encountered was both polite and professional.nCleaning staff on floors, F&B staff waiting whilst my brain kicked back in to do a simple order.nOBviously a good culture is fostered there so something to be mentioned when noticed
Clean, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast but expensive. Dinners could be better but still okay. I have stayed many times and definitely recommend.
