ROOMS and ensuite toilet are spacious. Rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, which is perfect! I have one of the rooms on Level 14 and it has a great view! Wifi Internet has decent speed and TV allows casting from streaming apps. Filtered water is available from Level 1 and Level 2 - I wish there is a water dispenser for every floor.nnSERVICE - We only interacted with front desk staff. They were courteous, thoughtful thorough and have very high attention to detail.nnLOCATION is great. Bus stops are in front of the hotel and Rundle Mall is just behind the hotel.
Clean and comfortable, not a large twin room but we didn't need to spend a lot of time in it. Staff very attentive and helpful especially when you have a noisy guest next door. Breakfast choices are plenty and it was lovely and the cafe/bar is great for a drink and meal. The only negative is that the street noise is noticeable. even on 10th floor.
We had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Adelaide and will definitely be back!nnThe hotel was spotlessly clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay a pleasure.nnThe location is perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy walking distance. Parking was available just a few doors up at the secure Coles car park, which was incredibly convenient and gave us peace of mind while exploring the city.nnThe beds were really comfortable, the room had a handy little fridge, and one thing that really stood out was that the TV actually worked properly! It might sound like a small thing, but we've stayed in plenty of places where the TVs are outdated or don't work well, so it was a pleasant surprise.nnOverall, we honestly can't fault our stay. Beautiful hotel, great amenities, excellent location, friendly service, and excellent value for money. We'll absolutely be staying here again the next time we're in Adelaide. Highly recommended!
The Hotel stay overall was pleasant to stay at. Great location, short work to everywhere - Peel Street 8mins. Off site parking nice & close, easy access & an ease to leave the City Centre too. The lady who greeted us could at least pretended to play the part, we are guests on Holiday. Every other staff member we met was lovely to deal with. There 4 nights Cleaning of the rooms could be better. They didn't check under the bed, we found a cola bottle & an ear plug on the last morning when packing up. They must always vacuum the room with door open, we could see the line of dust LOL & we also coped a puff of dust when storing a bag top shelf. Looks like cleaners only do what they can see. We really enjoyed the dinner we had at the Restaurant, steak was on point. Coffee was very good too. Beer over priced, seems to be the way now days. Room itself met our needs, bed was comfy. Wifi worked great & the chromecast option for the TV worked seamlessly too.
Had a great stay at Ibis Adelaide on Grenfell street. It's location is perfect to everything in the city, slow 5 minute walk to the mall and everything else close by. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again, thank you
