Just a very good hotel, simple and effective although rooms could be slightly bigger. The gym was probably the best feature here, spotless and machines are modern and look brand new. Very nice bars and restaurants around the corner!
I got very clean and comfortable room with beautiful view to city. Everything in room was restocked everyday. The room and toilet also cleaned everyday. The receptionist and housekeeper so humble and helpful. Unforgettable experience as this was my first time come to Adelaide and got good service from this hotel.
Small room, no room service, no self-contained facilities, expensive restaurant. Leading a guest to spend a lot of money in their restaurant, eat at other expensive restaurants, eat take away or live on noodles, bread and Vegemite . Not good for anything more than a 1-2 stay. But they do have a alcohol vending machine on each floor, so priorities...
Everything was great until the air-con failure. Love the location and services, great room. Until the last day, the air-con in the room having problems and the maintenance team can't fix it, was told will fixed within hour, then 5pm then... It was the warmest day, 30 degree Celsius, of our stay and have to wait until the sun set then we can finally get some rest, yet, don't think it is fixed by the time we check out.
We were fortunate to arrive before the long check-in lines began, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The hotel boasts an excellent location, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The facilities are top-notch, meeting all our needs and expectations.nnOur room was ready ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable layout and a delightful view of the front. The attention to detail in the room's preparation did not go unnoticed, contributing to our overall satisfaction.nnThe staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and professional demeanor greatly enhanced our stay.nnIn summary, the combination of an ideal location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made our stay truly memorable. What more could one ask for? Thank you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend ibis to anyone seeking a superior accommodation experience.
