I was unexpectedly stranded at the hotel for over a week, and the level of service and genuine care I received was world-class.nA special and heartfelt thank you goes to Kenneth, Arnab, Andrew, and Atin. They were extremely kind, considerate, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well-looked after during a stressful time. Their professionalism and empathy truly stood out.nI also want to extend my gratitude to the entire team—from the concierge and reception desk to the housekeeping staff. Everyone treated me and my team with such warmth and attention to detail.nThe InterContinental Adelaide is a beautiful property, but it is the people who make it truly exceptional. We are having a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Adelaide. From the moment we arrived, the experience has been excellent.nnAndrew at the front desk welcomed us so warmly and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. He was friendly, professional, and attentive, and he took the time to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. That first impression really set the tone for our stay.nnThe hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and perfectly located.nOutstanding service like Andrew’s makes a real difference, and we would happily stay here again.
This was one of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in.nn- Towels had yellow blotches/ stains on them.n- the room had a very unusual smelln- lights were flickeringn- there were stains on the carpetn- there were stains on the couchnnHoq does a hotel like this run?! I was forced to stay in faith, even after complaints were made. Not to mention for a longer stay than usual - they would not even move me, or even move me to a room with a decent view.nnThis is a 1 star hotel at best! Absolutely disgusting!
I stayed at xmas amidst a fire evac. The handling left a bit to be desired. The hotel has many good features but try to get a requested reply from the General Manager is impossible. So public relations gets a zero from me.
