Lovely, clean and charming hotel by a beautiful waterway. Hotel staff are always gracious and welcoming. Very convenient location. Train station is right beside it. 

A 24hrs convenience store right across the road, albeit a tad expensive.
Easy access to the nearest Shopping centers. Free Public transportation around the city area.

High end hotel. Very classy. Very nice gym. Very nice pool. Everything is very nice. There are also very service minded. By the way the price is also very high. Breakfast is more than 30 dollars. But it's also ... Very good

Stayed on the 22nd floor and has access to the club lounge on 21st floor.  I was here for nearly 2 weeks and loved every minute of this hotel.  Room was spotlessly clean, food was excellent.  Shower was probably the best Ive ever seen in a hotel.  Awesome location for access to every part of downtown.  Would give 6 stars if I could.

The atrium bar does nice mocktails and cocktails. The room we had was during daily 45°c heat waves, the air-conditioning wasn't powerful enough to cope (or maybe it needs the filters cleaned?) The hotel policy was to close the pool at 8pm. I loved the art around the hotel and concierge were obliging. 
There is NO parking at the hotel so we had to use the valet or pay for parking elsewhere. Approx $40 daily rate.

Room nice size but not clean. Tissues and crisp packets under the dresser. Took 4 requests for the room to be tidied. Everyone apologetic but no-one did anything.
