Staff were rude when we checked in. We rang up and booked parking, however this somehow didn’t get communicated and staff accused us of not booking parking. They were completely rude and told us there was no place to park the car! Aside from that, in the two bedroom apartment, the second room is small and doesn’t have a window or fan. Was very hot sleeping there in the middle of summer.

Good position, near Rundle Street restaurant s. Room 306 very spacious. Staff very helpful.

Good location. About 10 mins walk to Rundle Mall. Our 2 bedroom unit has a sofa bed but no laundry. Limited Sky channels. Friendly staff.

The building is old and smells sometimes. Room service is average. entertainment TV and mini bar is bad. Internet connection is slow with drop outs. Staff are inconsideret and chatty when they shoudnt be. Restaurant is away from the hotel and food is average but the staff are wonderful. Not recomended for intronational travlers due to lack of incensitivity of hotel staff.

Stock standard rooms. Nothing special. The room has a comfortable bed, fridge and air con all worked. The Mantra is a few streets back form the Rundle Street mall but it is good being away from the noise and a short walk is always good. You will need to walk a little to find food.
